If you were to book a flight I’d recommend reading about the country you plan to fly to current situation and of course Ireland’s (i.e whether you’ll have to quarantine or PCR test etc.), using a credit card as you have greater protection, reading the cancellation conditions and in most cases booking directly with the airline.

If there’s not much in the difference in terms of price I’d be booking directly with the airline. You can see the pricing direct with the airline through Skyscanner. If there is a big price difference I’d advise you to check out the reviews of the different online travel agencies that Skyscanner provide links to.
