Today’s deal of the deal is a budget week-long trip from Cork to Malta with flights and accommodation for only €195 pp!
Malta is an archipelago in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast. It’s a nation known for historic sites related to a succession of rulers and its stunning beaches. I would also recommend visiting the island of Gozo, which is known for its Temple ruins, rural hiking paths, beaches and scuba-diving sites. The average high temperature in Malta during March is 18 degrees, so pack a jumper for the evening.
The flights are with Ryanair, leaving Cork on Thursday the 12th of March and returning on Thursday the 19th of March. I have included a checked bag of 20 kg as part of the overall price however this is not shown in the screenshot below. The accommodation is with Shamrock Apartments, which are rated a fabulous 8.6 out of 10 with guests from Booking.com. They offer budget accommodation in the centre of Bugibba with the closest beach just a 5 minute walk away. Each apartment has a kitchenette and dining area. This property has a rooftop pool. Please note that towels at this property are only changed once a week, so it’s worth bringing your own in the checked luggage.
A 2 bedroom apartment with Shamrock Apartments is available for only €95 pp for a 7 night stay, which is based on 2 people sharing.
