The first deal back is a weekend trip to the Poznan Christmas Market in Poland with flights from Dublin and 2 nights in a 5* hotel for €194 pp!
Poznan, once the capital of Poland, is known for its universities as well as its old town, with Renaissance-style buildings in Old Town Square and at the Town Hall. The Poznan Christmas Market has previously had a market stalls, a 33 metre tall Ferris wheel, a carousel, and has even previously held a Silent Disco! The Christmas Market is located in the centre of Poznan, opposite “Dworzec Zachodni” Railway Station, on historic square Plac Powszechnej Wystawy Krajowej and is surrounded by the most representative buildings of MTP Poznań Expo.

The flights from Dublin are with Ryanair, leaving on Friday the 27th of November and leaving on Sunday the 29th of November. As it’s only for two nights, I haven’t added priority with an extra cabin bag and this will cost extra. The hotel is the 5* Sheraton Poznan Hotel, which is rated 8.9 out of 10 with guests from Booking.com. This property is an 10 minute walk from where the Poznan Christmas Market has previously taken place. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, 2 restaurants and a bar. The rooms are spacious with air-conditioning and a tea/coffee maker.
A double or twin room at Sheraton Poznan Hotel is available for €101 per person for a 2 night stay. This brings the total cost from Dublin to €194 per person, which is based on 2 people sharing.
