Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia and is set along the Danube River by the border with Austria and Hungary. Bratislava is an 18th century Old Town with cycling trails and famous for its nightlife. The reconstructed Bratislava Castle overlooks the Old Town and the Danube. You can also do a day trip to Vienna from Bratislava as the Austrian capital is an hour on the train from Bratislava.

The flights from Dublin are with Ryanair, leaving on Friday the 16th of May and leaving on Sunday the 18th of May. As it’s only for two nights, I haven’t added priority with an extra cabin bag and this will cost extra. The rooms are air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is exactly what you’d expect from an Ibis being clean and comfortable.
