This deal is for a weekend trip over the St Brigid’s Bank Holiday to Trieste, Italy with flights from Dublin and 2 nights in a 4* hotel for €186 pp!
Trieste is the capital city of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in northeast Italy. A port city, it occupies a thin strip of land between the Adriatic coast and Slovenia’s border on the limestone-dominated Karst Plateau. James Joyce called the city home for over a decade and wrote A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, most of Dubliners and the outline of Ulysses.
Price breakdown with links:
Return Ryanair flights from Dublin to Trieste 1st February – 3rd February €94 per person
Victoria Hotel Letterario 1st February – 3rd February €92 per person for a 2 night stay
Total: €186 per person based on 2 people sharing
The flights from Dublin are with Ryanair, leaving on Saturday the 1st of February and leaving on Monday the 3rd of February. As it’s only for two nights, I haven’t added priority with an extra cabin bag and this will cost extra. I’d recommend this bag from Decathlon for €8, which goes under your seat and fits loads in and is the exact dimensions for a Ryanair/EasyJet small cabin bag Decathlon Kipsta 20l bag.
