Okinawa is a Japanese island in the East China Sea. It is dubbed “Japanese Hawaii” due to its beautiful blue waters, coral reefs, year round temperatures and stunning beaches, which there are over 150 on the island. Okinawa is about 640 km from mainland Japan. Okinawa was the site of the last big battle of World War II, the Battle of Okinawa.
