Today’s deal of the deal is a budget week-long trip from Belfast to Malta with flights and accommodation for £231 or €270 pp!
Malta is an archipelago in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast. It’s a nation known for historic sites related to a succession of rulers and its stunning beaches. I would also recommend visiting the island of Gozo, which is known for its Temple ruins, rural hiking paths, beaches and scuba-diving sites.
The flights are with Ryanair, leaving Belfast on Saturday the 25th of April and returning on Saturday the 2nd of May. I have included a checked bag of 20 kg as part of the overall price however this is not shown in the screenshot below. There is a link below to the flights, click on this to be brought to the Skyscanner website.
Belfast to Malta 25th Apr – 2nd May £130 or €153 pp including a checked bag of 20 kg
The accommodation is with Shamrock Apartments, which are rated a fabulous 8.6 out of 10 with guests from Booking.com. They offer budget accommodation in the centre of Bugibba with the closest beach just a 5 minute walk away. Each apartment has a kitchenette and dining area. This property has a rooftop pool. Please note that towels at this property are only changed once a week, so it’s worth bringing your own in the checked luggage.
A studio apartment with Shamrock Apartments is available for only £101 or €117 pp for a 7 night stay, but be quick though there is only one left at this price! There are some 2 bedroom apartments either for slightly more if the studio apartment does sell out.
