New York City comprises 5 boroughs sitting where the Hudson River meets the Atlantic Ocean, with Manhattan being the most famous borough. There is an endless list of things to see and do in Manhattan alone such as Times Square, Central Park, Empire State Building and Rockefeller Centre to name a select few. I would also recommend going to Brooklyn and seeing the iconic Brooklyn Bridge (best to walk from Brooklyn back to Manhattan for skyline views) or take the ferry to Staten Island and get up close to the Statue of Liberty (stand on the right hand side for the best views).
The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New York is the largest and oldest parade in the world! It will take place on Tuesday the 17th of March. The parade takes place on 5th Avenue.
