Today’s deal of the day is flights from Dublin to the Bulgarian capital of Sofia and 3 nights in a 3* hotel for €132 per person!
Sofia is often overlooked by tourists heading to ski resorts or to the coast but they are missing a beat! The city’s landmarks reflect more than 2,000 years of history, including Greek, Roman, Ottoman and Soviet occupation. Places just outside the city include Boyana Church, which is a medieval Bulgarian Orthodox church, and Rila Monastery which are both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The flights are leaving Dublin on Saturday the 30th of March and returning on Tuesday the 2nd of April. Click on the screenshot to be brought to the Skyscanner website.
Please note due to Ryanair’s cabin baggage policy being changed, I have included the price of priority and 2 cabin bags in the overall price, but this is not reflected in the screenshot below, which adds on €12 to make the flight €65 per person.
The hotel is the 3* Hotel Zenith, which is rated an excellent 8.8 out of 10 with the guests from Booking.com. The location is rated 9.2 out of 10 and the property is close to the business and cultural sites as well as the shopping venues.
Hotel Zenith is only €67 per person for a 3 night stay, bringing the total cost of this trip to €132 pp!
