We don’t know what way the world will be in by the end of the year but with the rollout of vaccines it looks a bit more promising compared to travelling last year. I’m sure most people won’t be booking these deals but its great to be thinking about travel again and get ideas etc. If you were to book a flight I’d recommend reading about the country you plan to fly to current situation and of course Ireland’s (i.e whether you’ll have to quarantine or PCR test), using a credit card as you have greater protection, reading the cancellation conditions and in most cases booking directly with the airline.

Hamburg, Germany’s second largest city and biggest port is connected to the North Sea by the Elbe River. It’s crossed by hundreds of canals, and also contains large areas of parkland. The famous red-light and party district of St Pauli is the heart of Hamburg’s nightlife.
The flights from Dublin are with Ryanair to Hamburg, leaving on Friday the 21st of January and returning on Sunday the 23rd of January. This property is 5 minutes’ walk from the Central Train Station and Hamburg‘s Old Town. This is an ideal base to explore Hamburg with the Reeperbahn Entertainment District can be reached by public transport within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi, private bathroom and air-conditioning.
A double or twin room at ibis budget Hamburg City is available for €44 per person for a 2 night stay (based on 2 people sharing). This brings the total cost for flights and 2 nights accommodation to €74 pp!
