This deal is for a trip to the Budapest Christmas Markets with flights from Dublin to Budapest, Hungary and 2 nights in a 4* hotel for €181 per person! Please note: there are no confirmed dates for the Budapest Christmas Markets just yet but historically it has started in the mid/late November and I’ve picked a date in December.
Budapest is renowned for hosting one of Europe’s best Christmas Markets. Budapest Christmas Fair and Winter Festival usually starts from the end of November to New Year’s Day. The two main markets in the city are at Vörösmarty Square and St. Stephen’s Basilica. If you get tired of the market, then there are also the hot spring pools at Szechenyi Baths or take a river cruise along the Danube. Budapest has been winner of the Best Christmas Market in Europe award of 2019, 2021 and 2023.
Price breakdown with links:
Return Ryanair flights from Dublin to Budapest 13th December – 15th December €103 per person
NEXTO DORMERO Hotel Budapest 13th December – 15th December €78 per person for a 2 night stay
Total: €181 per person based on 2 people sharing
The flights from Dublin are with Ryanair, leaving on Saturday the 13th of December and leaving on Monday the 15th of December. As it’s only for two nights, I haven’t added priority with an extra cabin bag and this will cost extra. I’d recommend this bag from Decathlon for €8, which goes under your seat and fits loads in and is the exact dimensions for a Ryanair/EasyJet small cabin bag Decathlon Kipsta 20l bag.
