If you’re looking for a hotel I’ve recommend the 4* XO Hotels Park West in the past. Hotels in Amsterdam are expensive but this property is a 10 minute walk from Sloterdijk Station making it less than 20 minutes door to door to Amsterdam Central Station.
The flights are with Aer Lingus and are direct from to Amsterdam. Aer Lingus have changed their cabin luggage policy on the lowest fares, you can choose to check in a 10kg bag free of charge or pay a fee to carry it on board.
