This deal is for a trip to Lapland in November with an option for midweek flights from Dublin and 2 nights in Santa Claus Holiday Village for €259 pp! There is also an option for weekend flights and 3 nights in Santa Claus Holiday Village for €459 pp!
Rovaniemi is the capital of Lapland, in northern Finland. Almost totally destroyed during World War II, today it’s a modern city known for being the “official” home town of Santa Claus, and for viewing the Northern Lights.
Please note: Although it can snow in Lapland in November, there is a risk of no snow. The permanent snow is usually in mid December. So if you’re looking for huskie rides etc. you’re better off travelling in December which unfortunately is more expensive.

For the midweek flights, the flights are with Ryanair direct to Rovaniemi, leaving on Sunday the 6th of November and returning on Tuesday the 8th of November. As it’s only for one night, I haven’t added priority with an extra cabin bag and this will cost extra. There is a link to the flights below, click on this to be brought to the Ryanair website.

For the weekend flights, the flights are with Ryanair direct to Rovaniemi, leaving on Thursday the 10th of November and returning on Sunday the 13th of November. There is a link to the flights below, click on this to be brought to the Ryanair website. Please note as Ryanair have changed their baggage policy, I have added priority and 2 cabin bags to the overall price which brings the price for flights to €190 per person.
The hotel is the 4* Santa Claus Holiday Village, which is rated 9 out of 10 with guests from Booking.com. This property is located at the heart of Santa Claus Village in the Arctic Circle, 6.2 mi north of Rovaniemi. Guests can visit Santa Claus just a 2 minute walk from the property. Staff can arrange various activities at a cost for guests. I’d highly recommend doing a Northern Lights tour. All of the heated cabins at the Holiday Village have private saunas, a kitchenette and a terrace.
A double or twin bed cottage is available for €149 per person for the 2 night midweek deal. For the weekend 3 night stay its €269 per person, both are based on 2 people sharing. This brings the total cost for the midweek offer for flights and 2 nights accommodation to €259 per person and the total cost for the weekend offer for flights and 3 nights accommodation to €459 per person.
