This deal is for a trip to the Riga Christmas Market with flights from Dublin to Riga, Latvia and 2 nights in a 4* hotel for €216 pp!
Riga is set on the Baltic Sea at the mouth of the River Daugava. It’s considered a cultural centre and is home to many museums and concert halls. The city is also known for its wooden buildings, art nouveau architecture and medieval Old Town. Riga’s Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Christmas Market will be held in Dome Square.

The flights from Dublin are with Ryanair, leaving on Thursday the 5th of December and leaving on Saturday the 7th of December. As it’s only for two nights, I haven’t added priority with an extra cabin bag and this will cost extra. The hotel is the 4* Mercure Riga Centre, which is rated 8.4 out of 10 with guests from Booking.com. This property is located in a 1901 Art Nouveau building next to Riga Train Station and is less than a 20 minute walk from where the Christmas Market will take place. The hotel has a bar/restaurant, fitness centre and spa on site. The rooms are contemporary with air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
A double or twin room at Mercure Riga Centre is available for €81 per person for a 2 night stay. This brings the total cost from Dublin to €216 per person based on 2 people sharing.
