This deal is for a weekend trip to the Budapest Christmas Markets with flights from Shannon and 4 nights in a 4* hotel for €325 pp!
Please note: there is not concrete dates for the Budapest Christmas Markets, however it usually starts from the end of November to New Year’s Day, which is why I selected a date in December.
Budapest is renowned for hosting one of Europe’s best Christmas Markets. Budapest Christmas Fair and Winter Festival usually starts from the end of November to New Year’s Day. The two main markets in the city are at Vörösmarty Square and St. Stephen’s Basilica. If you get tired of the market, then there are also the hot spring pools at Szechenyi Baths or take a river cruise along the Danube.

The flights from Shannon are with Ryanair, leaving on Wednesday the 11th of December and returning on Sunday the 15th of December. This property is a 3 minute walk from Blaha Lujza Square metro station, which offers direct transport to where the Christmas Markets that have taken place previously at St. Stephen’s Basilica and Vörösmarty Square. This 100 year old Art Nouveau-style hotel has a restaurant/bar and a fitness centre. The rooms are air-conditioned with a tea/coffee maker and free Wi-Fi.
