Reykjavik, on the coast of Iceland, is the country’s capital and largest city. It’s home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. Day trips from Reykjavik include the Blue Lagoon and seeing the Northern Lights. The Northern Lights season is from late August to mid-April.
The flights are with Icelandair and are direct from Dublin to Reykjavik, Iceland. Icelandair includes cabin luggage as standard but a checked bag will be at an additional cost. In some cases Play Airlines may be cheaper, however, they only include a small cabin bag as standard so bare that in mind.
