Just a note before the deal, booking any flight given the current situation is at your own risk. If you were to book a flight I’d recommend reading about the country you plan to fly to current situation and of course Ireland’s (i.e whether you’ll have to quarantine or PCR test etc.), using a credit card as you have greater protection, reading the cancellation conditions and in most cases booking directly with the airline.
A new route! Ryanair will operate flights from Dublin to Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland with flights starting at €40 return!
Rovaniemi is the capital of Lapland, in northern Finland. Almost totally destroyed during World War II, today it’s a modern city known for being the “official” home town of Santa Claus, and for viewing the Northern Lights.
The flights are with Ryanair and are direct from Dublin to Rovaniemi. On their lowest fare, Ryanair give you a bag under your seat and a regular cabin bag will cost extra. There is a list of sample dates below, click on these to be brought to the Ryanair website.
