Today’s deal of the day is flights from Dublin to Thessaloniki, Greece and 4 nights in a highly rated 3* hotel for €203 per person based on 2 people sharing.
Thessaloniki is a Greek port city on the Thermaic Gulf of the Aegean Sea. Much of the city centre was destroyed by fire in the early 20th Century and was rebuilt with a modern European layout but evidence of Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman history remains. Thessaloniki is also close to some fabulous beaches including Perea Beach, roughly 18km away from the city.
The flights are with Ryanair, leaving Dublin on Monday the 14th of October and returning on Friday the 18th of October. Below is a link to the flights, click on this to be brought to the Skyscanner website. Please note as Ryanair have changed their baggage policy, I have added priority and 2 cabin bags to the overall price which brings the price of the flights to €76 pp.
Dublin to Thessaloniki, Greece 14th Oct – 18th Oct €76 return including priority
The hotel is the 3* Blue Bottle Boutique Hotel, which is rated a superb 9.3 out of 10 with guests from Booking.com. This boutique hotel is located 900 metres from lively Aristotelous Square. The rooms are bright, modern and beautifully designed. A handy smartphone is offered to guests for free international calls and free mobile data, which I used while in Hong Kong and it’s a fantastic feature more hotels should offer.
A deluxe double room at Blue Bottle Boutique Hotel is available for €127 per person for a 4 night stay, which brings the total cost for flights and 4 nights accommodation to €203 pp! Be quick though, there is just one room left at the hotel at this price!
